In the year 2008 WOS raised $1,074.00 through 50/50 raffles. Proceeds donated to a Gift tree family
In the year 2009 WOS raised $ 2, 923.00 doing 50/50 raffles.  A $500.00 donation was made to The Genesis House, $500.00 donation to Olean Food Pantry and we sponsored 2 families from the Gift Tree. One family of four and one family of 10. We also purchased stuffed animals for any child in the Olean General Hospital Pediatric Unit and delivered them Christmas morning.
Another  $1,824.00  was  raised by raffling a Christmas Basket.  Proceeds donated to Sarah’s Heart Children’s Home.
In prior years donations from raffles have also benefited The Warming House and the Strike Fund for Dresser – Rand Painted Post facility who was on strike at the time.
